Amezmo Billing Credits
Amezmo credits reduce the total amount due on your invoices. A credit applies until you spend it in full or it expires.
Credits come in the form of a promotion code. When you apply a code, the credit goes to your account balance and covers the amount due on your invoices. Each time credit covers part of an invoice, your available amount drops by that much.
Applying a Promotion Code
Apply a code from Billing > Credits: enter the code and submit. Codes are case-sensitive, so type it exactly as you received it.
Where Credit Appears
Credit goes to your account balance and comes off your next invoice automatically. You won't see an immediate refund or a separate charge, so a code you redeem today might not change anything visible until Amezmo generates your next monthly invoice. See Hourly billing for when invoices go out.
To review the promotions you've redeemed, open Billing > Credits. Each one lists its date, code, amount and expiration.
Why a Code Won't Apply
Codes are case-sensitive, so check the spelling and remove any stray spaces first. If a code reports that it can't be redeemed, it probably expired or you already used it, so contact support if you think it should still work. You can't redeem a code that you generated yourself.
Balances
Credit goes to your account balance. You can also fund your balance directly with Advanced Pay.
